Alien Assault Metroidvania project (UPDATE)

Hey guys if you have been following the Facebook page for my game Alien Assault then you seen a few updates ?? but here they are. Got some new promotional artwork and in game idle pose for my character (work in progress) working with my artist to make sure this character comes out looking good so we still got lots to do for him to be game ready for this demo so keep your eyes out for more news and updates.

Game play- will be similar to metroid and megaman with game mechanics like wall jumps, slide, dash, wall slide, grappling hook, teleport, chain attacks and much more.

This game will also have several secret areas so there will be lots of chances for great reply ability to keep the game fresh. You'll have hidden items, skills, weapons and bosses.

The game will also give you the chance to unlock new things like Boss Arena mode, achievements, galley mode to collect pics and receive cool items, skills and other things for filling up the gallery.

All that and lots more is planned for the game so be sure to follow the Facebook page and tell your friends ??

Thanks a lot! Yeah that's a good point so I added a few more details about what the game will include and some of the great things you could achieve. I also added a new pic that features my character in the actual game scene.
