• hi guys i am new to construct 2(r108) and i really need your help for my educational game thesis , how can i reference a sprite to a sprite from another lay out.. so that if the sprite is killed then the sprite from the other lay out will also be killed, so when i go back in that lay out that sprite is also gone....

thanks in advance and sorry for my bad english

  • Not really sure what you mean i'm still using the free version but i guess you could make a global variable 0. When sprite 1 is destroyed set the global variable to 1. If the global variable is 1 destroy sprite 2.

Hope that makes sense to you.

  • I want to make you an example capx file...

but you are using very old r108 (most of us here know why) and you won't be able to open it up

  • Try Construct 3
