Right now I have some objects that bounce off each other, but I want the player object to have no collision. How would I do this?
Also, how do I make a bullet move in a random direction when it spawns?

How about removing all the Physics behaviors (they're not needed) and all the Solid behaviors (so nothing is blocked by default) then handle collisions yourself in events?

I removed those, but now big asteroids only spawn 1 medium one instead of 3.
Also, I have no idea how to make them bounce.
