  • Hi everybody,

I am trying to upload my first construct 2 game to the windows store. Unfortunetely it does not pass the certification process. I also valdiated the App with the Test-Kit on my machine, this one I do pass.

Could anybody give me a hint how to pass this process or give me a int how to find the failure. I am not able to find the exacpt error description in the "Error Report" send from ms.

    Thanks for the help!

  • soma, in your Windows 8 dashboard, when you click on the project, there should be a few notes from the testers. I typically find those more helpful than the actual report.

  • Try Construct 3

Develop games in your browser. Powerful, performant & highly capable.

  • Hi daniel,

I do not have this feedback: "Unfortunately, when our reviewers tried to launch your app failed to launch every time."

Do you have any hint for me how to get further information? Or where I can have a look at the construct files?

    Thanks and Greets Andi
