mrsponkie, can you try running this command in your dos prompt?
netsh http add urlacl url=http://localhost:50000/ user=EVERYONE listen=yes delegate=no
Does that help?
it answer :
impossible find the command : netsh http add urlacl url=http://localhost:50000/ user=EVERYONE listen=yes delegate=no
Hmm, it should understand the command, can you search your entire computer for netsh.exe and see if there are any results? If you find it, what's the folder it's in?

hi boss :]
netsh.exe it's inside C:\WINDOWS\system32
i also have got :
NETSH.EXE-23AED181.pf in C:\WINDOWS\Prefetch
Not sure, but from the look of THIS document, NETSH http add is not for Windows XP. Are you using XP or Vista/Win 7?
Ah, nice find — OK mrsponkie, how about this command?
httpcfg.exe set urlacl /u localhost
If that doesn't work you may need to install httpcfg first which you can get here.

You have to click 'Continue' on the page Ashley has directed you to. You then have to validate you have a genuine OS then you can download the Support Tools suite of programs.
