I'm not very advanced in any programming so I experiment a lot and ending up having a lot of toggled elements. I'm finding that toggled elements break readability of the code for me and I wander if it would be possible to add option to change its opacity? Also how can I remove toggle bookmark?
don't toggle, use Text instead of booleans, you can have more states.
and use functions more.
Why not to toggle if I want to check if things will work different without some parts of the code?
Do you mean, in the Event Sheet, that disabled groups are still too visible?
Well, disabled ( toggled ) code. I just would be able to set it's opacity in options.
Yeah it's pretty difficult to read toggled events, but I guess that's the point. Perhaps the text can be grayed out instead?
Yeah, being able to select opacity or shade of gray would do, as the effect would be the same. My problem with toggled items is that they are blending with the active code to much and unless you focus your sight on it you're not sure if its toggled or not. That's why being able to have those lines grayed out would let you ignore it unless you would want to double check it. Does it make sense? :)
Develop games in your browser. Powerful, performant & highly capable.
better GUI has been asked a lot, it's getting there, lets hope.
I agree, the 1 pixel lines aren't easily visible enough. I would like this suggestion as well.
Not sure what would be the best option, maybe if we could choose between different solutions (grayed, the actual one, other things..), because where the line isn't visible enough for some of us, a color change can be also problematic for others.
That's why I'm suggesting to have options, as options in settings. Maybe choosing a colour with colour ppicker would be best solution if someone would for example want it to be red colour.
