(FIXED for firefox) HTTP Server AGAIN !!

greetings everyone

I don't know if developpers found the fix but..

As always , i have a problem with http server

plz help me

here are the 3 screen that pop-up

and at end its

unable to start server on port 50000

i tryed another port

60000

but it didn't work

and at the end

i tried to start as an administrator and it worked for firefox

but the browser dont open for chrome

and i didn't try for other browser

but it would be awesome if it worked for chrome
