Just came across this guide. I haven't tested it yet but it looks like a cool step-by-step of how to build iOS apps without the need to purchase one of those white machines.

I thought you only need a Mac to set up the signing in PhoneGap build. So you can borrow one for 30 mins or so if you know someone with one and get it all set up. Once the signing is done, you can upload to PhoneGap Build as many times as you like from PC and test them with iTunes for PC. But it looks like you can also set it up entirely from PC... that's handy!
