auto saves to backup

Steps to reproduce:

1. Open construct 2 as Admin.

2. Run for more then 5 hours working on project and only letting auto save save.

3. Auto save starts to switch to main back up and does not save to main file

Observed result:

I've seen this happen at least 3 times, First time it happend i thought all my files where lost after coming back from a break

Expected result:

It should be over riding the main file.

Can you describe precisely what paths are involved? There are separate periodic backups (to locations set in preferences) as well as auto-backups (.capx.backup1 etc), which are also different to the autosaves (.capx.autosave). Also can you reproduce with a shorter autosave time? Bugs which only manifest over 5 hours are extremely difficult to fix, since bugs often require 5-10 tests to get things working.
