I ported this Shader to support webGPU for another user, plus I found a way to optimize the shader a tiny bit for webGL as well.

👌 this is sweet.
This is great, but found a bit of a bug.
If you paste a sprite with this effect on it onto a canvas with effects on, the sprite will be invisible.
