Also mentioned in this thread. IMO this will just encourage people to use WebGL and HTML5. Perhaps they're trying to squeeze some money out of Unity's Flash export.

It just looks like they are getting a bit desperate to all of a sudden do a 180 for a plugin that's been free for so long.
meh...I am becoming less and less impressed with Adobe lately.
