Seeking a programmer.

Hello everyone!

My name is Jason and I'm looking for someone to develop an IOS game app.

The game will basically be an advanced version of R-Type with a few twists.

What I need programmed:

1) Basic movement and control mechanics.

2) Menus for everyone!

3) RPG system.

4) Customization Options.

5) Wi-fi and Bluetooth Coop.

I'll explain each feature more in depth if and when we sign a contract.

My budget is around one thousand five hundred USD($1500) for a programmer. Of course this is open for negotiation. I would also like to pay per milestone reached.

About number 5 as wi-fi and bluetooth coop. which is impossible to be programmed, perhaps you should use node.js framework.

Overall about Multiplayer isn't going to be cheap work for everyone.

Why? It needs to implement extra features like disconnect recovery, desync recovery, fps control, etc.

I see. Would you happen to know how much it would require to implement? If it's too much I guess I could remove that from the requirements.
