  • This is coming close to completion after almost 2 years (it was "the milk of ultra violet" originally ).

    The plots been revised alot times but this is the final thing.

    //RUSH// is the super bike vice unit of the Nauseous Pines police dept (N.P.P.D.).

    There was a prototype subject of the //RUSH// program, known only as "Mhlk".

    Mhlk was the Female addict who was used to birth newer units, such as yourself.

    Mhlk escaped, but not after they did horrendous things to her (to integrate her into this bike).

    You are the latest model (also known as "sockets"), All your limbs have been removed and you are wired into your bike.

    All in the name of cleaning up the city .

    Concerns have been raised over your empathy level for the addicts you are saving ( detachment is essential for your productivity as the junkies you save just get processed, cut up and turned into "sockets")

    Mhlk couldn't control her natural maternal instincts over the "sockets" she jump started into this new life, you seem to have inherited these traits.

    There is a scrap yard for the failed "sockets" that has grown into the black market trade center in the city , here you will find a community of the rejected junkie torsos :-

    * A nightclub , ran by a suspected drug maker "Ultra violet".

    * A "health center" where the rejects come to sell whats left of there shattered bodies for another fix (here you can even sell parts of yourself that will fetch you a high price).

    * A mechanics/gunsmith

    * A family watchmakers who are able to manipulate the system clocks in the //RUSH// units, give them more life.

    The initial aim of the game is to rescue your quota of 30 in 5 minutes but as it unfolds you come closer to the true horror of your own existence.

    All this to some insane, eclectic thrash jazz :D

    Everything is implemented and working, just waiting on some art and music.

    The Boss is insane! Hopefully a bit heartbreaking as well.

    Gameplays basicly thunderforce 2 crossed with alien breed/chaos engine with some break neck speed resource management/trading

  • Damn, actually a really interesting game! I am working a similar sandbox type game with changing game styles, I like your shooting sections however it would be nice to aim with the mouse. Easier obviously but you could increase the speed, even a controller would be nice.

    I like the art style, very unique.

    Few grammar mistakes in the dialog though, and the speed of the text boxes really needs to sped up or have an option to go to the next.

    Great game though was a lot of fun!

  • Thats old stuff, its alot tighter now..:D thanks for the encouragement.

    its now breakneck bullethell/resource managment lol making a new genre as i go along.

    I realy want people to be engaged in the story (just as much as the frantic action)so, the dialogue going to stay.

    Just trying to get the most realized universe in a 5 minute arcade game lol

    Oh I wasn't saying by any means to get rid of the dialog, I was just saying it moves PAINFULLY slow, that's why it would be great if either it moved along faster or if there is a next button for when the player finishes reading.

  • Game looks really unique! It looks quite artistic, is there a theme or meaning behind the game? I'm curious - I don't know much about it :)
