If you are serious about this project save up and get Spriter (https://brashmonkey.com/). Learn it and love it. It will make what you want to do a breeze and Construct 2 (and I am sure 3) have plug-ins for it as well.
However, if you are looking for "on the cheap" you can always simply use the Pin behavior to pin anything to your character. You might need to adjust the art to fit right and maybe adjust the z-order to make guns below hands but it is doable.
Thank you for the answer. Sure im serious about this project. The problem is that i want to make many different armors and so on... i will talk to my designer... i just searched for a maybe a simple way to do that. Yes pin behavior is a little bit simple... But if you need more than 20x the same animation for standard, with green shoes, with green shoes and bow... Do you do it with many animation or just with pin?
