This morning, a funny thing happened after I'd accidentally reinstalled Chrome using the beta.
When testing my game in the beta, the audio during the Intro and Title screens didn't work. The console had a warning stating that the Audio couldn't start without a user input/gesture first. After some poking around, I believe it's a result of Chrome now preventing videos from autoplaying with sound.

But does this also affect HTML5 games?
It seemed to with my game this morning; after going back to the stable Chrome release, the music and sound effects played once more. (EDIT: If it's useful, it was during remote preview. I didn't pursue checking this in an exported build.)
I'm concerned we won't be able to have any music/sound in a game's introductions, title screens, etc., since the player won't have done anything at that point.
