Slider bar Compare value 'Equal to' does not work

  • Problem Description

    ____

I have a slider bar with Min Value 1, max value 3, initial value 1, step value 1

I then try to have a simple sprite perform ANY action when the slider is on a

certain value by creating an event starting with the Slider Bar, condition 'compare value'

and setting this to 'equal to' 1 (or 2 or 3). Regardless of the action the event

fails when I run the layout. However, if I change the 'compare value' condition

to ANY of the other options 'greater than', 'less than', 'not equal to' etc.. and the

condition is satisfied, the sprite action will perform correctly, it only seems to

be 'equal to' that always fails.

  • Hmm. I got the following message:

    =====

    This is an information post.

As we are a fairly large sized forum, we do receive a lot of spam. We've found one of the most effective ways to reduce spam significantly is to stop new users posting URL's and Hyperlinks.

    For this reason:

    • If you have less than 250 rep you can't post any URLS.
    • If you have more than 250 rep, but less than 500 rep you can post plain text URLS
    • If you have more than 500 rep you can post clickable URLS

However... Everyone CAN upload attachments to their posts! So please feel free to upload your CapX's or any other files you want

Sorry if this causes any problems, but is a necessary measure.

    Kind regards,

    Scirra Team.
